Job Title: Bilingual (French/English) QA Automation Tester

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Bilingual (French/English) QA Automation Tester to ensure seamless customer journeys across enterprise contact center platforms. You will be focusing on QA automation for Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) programs.

Note: While this role focuses heavily on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and telephony testing using tools like Cyara Velocity, prior IVR experience is NOT mandatory. Comprehensive training on IVR systems will be provided for the right automation professional.

What You Will Do:

- Design, execute, and maintain robust automated test cases, including reusable and parameterized scripts.
- Validate system menus, speech recognition, call routing, queue handling, and fallback error scenarios in both French and English.
- Perform test planning, test data preparation, and create regression suites for production validation.
- Analyze execution results, troubleshoot failed automation runs,



and support defect triage.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Language: Professional fluency in both French and English (mandatory for testing bilingual call flows).
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of proven experience in QA Automation testing.
- Core Skills: Strong grasp of QA methodologies, regression testing, test planning, and defect management tools.
- Adaptability: Proven technical aptitude to quickly learn new telephony automation tools (like Cyara Velocity and Genesys Cloud CX).

Good-to-Have (Bonus) Skills:

- Prior experience with Cyara Velocity, Genesys Cloud CX, or similar CCaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of IVR functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with telephony concepts (SIP, routing, call transfers), API testing, CI/CD tools, or Agile/Scrum environments.
