Be a talent scout: use your creativity and resourcefulness to search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

Be a database manager: maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles while maintaining strong relationships along the way to ensure we have a robust pipeline of future talent to draw from.

Be a learner: stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology. Three to five (3 - 5) years of healthcare and/or Life Sciences recruiting experience in full life-cycle setting. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration,



or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.

Experience coordinating with HR regarding documentation and additional paperwork related to onboarding requirements Passion for identifying the best candidate for a role, keeping both technical qualifications and organizational fit in mind, and dedication to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse people at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
