We are building the next generation of real-time, programmable payment rails and are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to join our team.

The Engineering

Lead will work closely with business, technology, risk, and operations stakeholders to ensure digital currency capabilities are delivered in alignment with enterprise governance, control frameworks, and quality standards. Ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones while following the software delivery standards at the bank Identify risks and implement remediation activities to help the team stay on track Lead technical discussions, influence design and strategy decisions Bring industry best practices and knowledge to the team on emerging topics like crypto currency, blockchain, distributed ledger technology Contribute to proof-of-concepts, pilots, and controlled production releases. Communicate with stakeholders across different business lines,



prepare executive communications and project updates Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Lead or similar role Hands on experience delivering complex technology projects including components of the design, build, test and implementation phases Experience coaching and mentoring high performing teams Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including technology, risk, compliance, and operations.

Exposure to digital assets, blockchain technologies, smart contracts, tokenized payment concepts.

Experience supporting initiatives subject to enhanced governance or regulatory oversight.
