Overview

As a Bouncer, you help maintain a secure, orderly environment by welcoming guests, observing activity, and responding calmly to concerns. You work with colleagues to support smooth entry and address potential issues respectfully.

Duties

- Monitor entrances
- Check guest access, communicate venue expectations clearly, and manage entry in a courteous, consistent manner.
- Respond to disturbances with sound judgment, de-escalate situations where possible, and coordinate with colleagues or appropriate responders.

Skills Required: Clear communication, patience, sound observation, accurate incident records, and the ability to remain composed while following established procedures are important for carrying out these duties safely and consistently. Attentive, respectful support helps guests feel welcome while enabling colleagues to respond confidently to emerging issues.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
