Required

Minimum





5 years of experience in frac repair, oilfield equipment repair, pressure pumping, oilfield service operations, or a related industrial environmentPrevious leadership or supervisory experienceProven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive operational performanceStrong customer relationship and business development skillsExcellent communication, organization, and decision-making abilitiesStrong understanding of labour planning, scheduling, and operational efficiencyProficiency with Microsoft Office and business management softwarePreferred

Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician, Millwright, or related trade certificationExperience leading service or industrial operationsExperience managing budgets, labour utilization, and branch performanceStrong knowledge of oilfield service equipment and repair operationsWho You Are
