Brunch Server — Egg & Co.

Egg & Co. is looking for a friendly, energetic brunch server to join our team. Our refreshed menu features breakfast sandwiches, brunch favourites, French toast, matcha, and specialty coffee—and we’re looking for someone who brings just as much personality to the floor.
If you enjoy connecting with guests, move confidently through a busy brunch rush, and naturally look for ways to help your teammates, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests and make them feel looked after from arrival to goodbye.
- Guide guests through the menu and recommend food and drinks.
- Take accurate orders, process payments, and deliver food and beverages.
- Prepare drinks and help keep service moving smoothly.
- Clear and reset tables, restock supplies, and keep the dining room clean.
- Communicate with the kitchen and support the team during busy periods.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
What we’re looking for
- Previous restaurant serving experience; brunch or café experience is an asset.
- A warm personality, positive attitude, and strong sense of teamwork.
- The ability to stay organized and attentive when it gets busy.
- Reliability, punctuality, and pride in your work.
- Weekend and daytime availability.
- Barista experience is a bonus.
