As a Building Cleaner with LCM Property Services, you’ll help maintain clean, welcoming buildings for clients and their occupants. Your impact: Consistent cleaning helps residents, visitors, and staff enjoy healthier, more comfortable shared spaces.

Responsibilities

- Clean building areas to support a high standard of cleanliness.
- Provide cleaning services for properties served by the company.
- Help keep shared spaces welcoming for residents, visitors, and staff.




- Follow established practices to support consistent service quality.
- Contribute to a friendly, qualified experience for clients.
- Qualifications
- Relevant cleaning skills.
- Understanding of commercial cleaning practices.
- Ability to contribute to consistent cleanliness in building spaces.
- Preferred: Facilities maintenance knowledge.
- Preferred: General maintenance

Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 32.0 per week

Education

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
