Clutch is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for permanent full-time employment. You will help maintain facilities supporting Canada's largest online used car retailer. The work includes general repairs, inspections, equipment troubleshooting, inventory organization, and collaboration with senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair doors, drywall, leaks, light fixtures, and painted surfaces
- Inspect plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components regularly
- Assemble furniture and install shelving throughout the facility




- Respond to maintenance requests and document completed tasks
- Organize tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment inventory

Requirements:
- Minimum four years building maintenance and repair experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Comfort using drills, saws, wrenches, and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify maintenance concerns
- Availability Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM
