Traveltical Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst to help us improve the systems behind our business: booking and reservations, supplier management, payments, and reporting. You'll work out what the business needs, turn that into clear requirements, and see solutions through from design to rollout.

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable talking with people across the business and working through processes, data, and system details.

Responsibilities

- Consult with management, team leads, and clients to gather and document business and system requirements
- Analyze booking, payment, invoicing, and reporting workflows to find bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Write software requirements, process models, and system specifications
- Help design, integrate, test, and implement solutions that connect booking platforms, supplier systems, and payment tools
- Advise on systems strategy, digital transformation, and cloud services
- Support data security, privacy, and compliance practices for customer and payment data
- Act as the link between business teams, technology vendors, and developers




- Plan and run functional, integration, and user-acceptance testing
- Track system performance and user adoption after launch, and recommend ongoing improvements

Qualifications

- Experience as a business analyst, business systems analyst, or in a similar role
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into explicit documentation
- Familiarity with process mapping, testing, and system implementation
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with travel, booking, or payment systems is an asset
