As FBO Operations Manager, you will coordinate aviation operations while developing people, improving procedures, and maintaining compliance. The position combines ramp leadership, training oversight, customer resolution, tenant management, fuel control, and financial planning. Skyservice seeks an experienced aviation leader with proven performance management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direction, training, supervision, and performance management

Improve standard operating procedures for safety and profitability

Coordinate effective, customer-focused aircraft arrivals and departures





Promote FBO services and develop heavy aircraft business

Prepare quotes and ensure flight readiness and execution

Requirements

Ten years’ progressive leadership experience within an FBO

Five to eight years managing employees and teams

Experience designing performance improvement programs

High safety orientation and SMS investigation experience

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder relationship skills

Use business aviation operations, team leadership, safety systems, and customer service expertise to guide Skyservice’s FBO performance.
