We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive – Client Acquisition to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Commission-based, with earnings linked to successful client acquisition and business generated.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

Generate leads and acquire new clients to drive revenue growth.

Pitch company services, conduct sales meetings, negotiate, and close business deals.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.

Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Monitor US market trends and identify new industries, sectors, and business opportunities.





Represent the company professionally during client calls, online meetings, and business discussions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and corporate client handling will be an added advantage.

Robust knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.

Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals through effective project management.

Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques for lead generation and brand positioning.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with proactive initiative-taking skills.
