Role DescriptionThe Enterprise Business Development Representative — Bilingual (French & English) is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role focuses on generating and qualifying enterprise leads, with a particular emphasis on French- and English-speaking prospects across traditional industries.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels, nurturing inbound inquiries, and scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team. The role involves researching target accounts,



identifying key decision-makers, and clearly communicating Expertise AI’s value proposition and use cases. The representative will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, share market feedback, and support the development of strategic account plans.

Demonstrated

Sales and Business Development abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue-related targets.

Excellent

Communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.

Experience engaging enterprise customers, ideally in sectors such as utilities, logistics, telecommunications, financial services, or manufacturing. Comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools, as well as researching accounts and contacts through digital channels. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Interest in AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn about complex solutions and industry-specific workflows.
