As a Business Operations Manager, you will support Implementation, Installation, and Customer Education. You will manage internal processes, allocate resources, monitor performance, and connect Services with Sales, Support, and Product. Your work will help reduce workflow friction and inform business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify Services performance drivers and lead improvement initiatives

Execute strategic projects reducing workflow friction and inefficiencies

Manage weekly and monthly business processes

Requirements

Three or more years of Field Sales or Revenue Operations experience

Experience at a high-growth SaaS company

Exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills

Salesforce reports, dashboards, and integration knowledge

Robust written and verbal communication skills
