Are you finishing a butchery or meat-cutting program, recently graduated, or already working as a butcher? We’d love to hear from you.

At MINAS Brazilian Steakhouse, you’ll work with our kitchen and grill teams to prepare the cuts we serve in our Brazilian rodizio. You’ll learn how we trim and portion picanha and other cuts for skewer grilling, where consistent portions help the grill team cook and carve each cut during service.

What you’ll do

- Cut, trim, debone as needed, and portion beef, pork, lamb, and poultry to our kitchen’s specifications.
- Prepare cuts for the grill team and coordinate quantities for upcoming service.
- Follow portion standards, track usable trim, and help minimize waste.
- Label, date, rotate, and store meat according to our food safety procedures.




- Clean and sanitize your work area, knives, and equipment.

What you’ll bring
- Hands-on meat cutting training through a butchery or meat processing program, or practical experience in a butcher shop, grocery meat department, restaurant, or meat processing facility.
- Safe knife handling, attention to detail, and a valuable understanding of food safety and sanitation.
- Reliability and the ability to work with a kitchen team.

Experience with Brazilian cuts or churrasco is an asset. If you’re still in school, please include your expected graduation date and when you’d be available to start. Tell us briefly about your training or experience, and which cuts or types of meat you’ve worked with.
