This role leads an analytics team and partners with business leaders to turn data into decisions and measurable improvements in retail performance. Lead the development of analytics, reporting and decision-support products for sales, margin, customer experience and operational performance.

Identify retail use cases for AI-enabled analytics and lead responsible implementation and adoption. Interpret performance trends, identify root causes and recommend practical actions to stakeholders. establish standards fordata quality, insight communication and delivery. Define and monitor retail KPIs,



and promote self-service reporting and trusted data assets.

Champion data governance and communicate insights to executive audiences. At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategy, consulting or a related field; Advanced experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery or Python.

Experience leading AI implementation and adoption that delivers measurable business value. People leadership experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to connect insights to commercial and operational decisions.
