Lead Jacobs’ Canada Water Facilities department through staff development, resource management, and hybrid work from any Canadian office.This strategic Department Manager role reports to the Director of Operations and leads approximately 10 Group Leaders. You will guide growth opportunities, team performance, workforce planning, and proposal and project workload management. The position connects operations, project delivery, recruitment, and business growth across Canada’s water market.Key Responsibilities:
