Job Summary

As a Cashier and Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers with purchases, product questions, and a smooth checkout experience. You’ll use POS technology, clear communication, and attentive service to help customers find suitable products and complete transactions accurately.

Duties

- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash carefully, and apply basic math to verify transactions.
- Assist customers with product questions, provide demonstrations, and use consultative sales and appropriate upselling to explain relevant options.
- Maintain merchandising displays, keep the checkout and sales areas organized, and manage tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professional phone etiquette and coordinate with colleagues to resolve questions.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, customer service, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, basic math, English, time management, and organizational skills are practical capabilities for serving customers and processing transactions accurately. Preferred: Retail sales, sales, technology sales, product demonstrations, and technical sales experience can strengthen product guidance; bilingual or multilingual abilities are valuable when assisting customers with wide-ranging language needs.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
