Overview The Casual Cook/Prep Cook supports daily kitchen operations through food preparation, cooking, and serving. This hands-on role helps keep meal service organized and provides customers with well-prepared food.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and meals according to service needs, using consistent methods and attention to quality.
- Cook menu items and assist with serving food in a timely, courteous manner.
- Follow food handling and food safety practices while keeping preparation areas and equipment clean.
- Coordinate with kitchen colleagues to organize tasks and maintain a smooth flow of meal preparation and service.

Experience Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling capabilities, with care for food safety and clean,



organized work practices. These skills support reliable meal preparation and service throughout a shift.

Preferred: Food service experience, including restaurant or kitchen experience, and familiarity with the food industry. Related experience can help you adapt to changing service needs and collaborate effectively.
