As a Technical Consultant within Cisco Canada Customer Experience, you will provide personalized technical support to Canadian Critical National Infrastructure customers. The work includes second- and third-tier troubleshooting, Cisco Unified Communications Manager debugging, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams. You will also work with Cisco global TAC, product engineering, qualified services, service sales, and account teams.

Provide second- and third-tier device and network support

Lead resolution of network issues and outages





Build shared labs simulating customer network environments

Troubleshoot customer issues and develop effective resolutions

Develop automation assets and AI-driven service tools

Live in Ottawa or relocate to Ottawa

Hold Canadian citizenship or permanent residency

Obtain Canadian Government Security Clearance

Hold technical degree or equivalent with five-plus years’ experience

Apply Cisco troubleshooting, escalation, and automation expertise while supporting Canadian critical infrastructure customers from Ottawa. #
