- Guide clients throughoutthe claims process by clearly explaining the different stages of their claim
- Review insurance coverage and clearly explain applicable policy protections to insureds
- Gather statements and information from insureds, third parties and other stakeholders to determine the circumstances, causes and validity of claims
- Identify third parties who may have potential liability claims against the insured; negotiate claims and settlements Collaborate with professionals and stakeholders involved in complex claims
- Maintain complete and accurate claim documentation
- Perform other related duties associated with major loss claims.AMF 5A Claims Adjuster licence for both Personal and Commercial Lines ; 10 years of experience in claims adjusting, including significant experience handling Strong experience in complex claims analysis, investigation and negotiation; and the ability to travel throughout Quebec
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
