You’ll oversee high-impact projects that support business growth and strategic initiatives across Clearing Operations. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, risk, and compliance to align operational requirements with high velocity execution plans. This role is based in our New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Lake Mary, FL, and Denver, CO office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Develop deep understanding of Robinhood back office operations and build partnerships with the desk leads and SMEs of the various areas to ensure their operational processes are considered for potential product launches Track progress, measure outcomes,



and communicate updates to senior stakeholders Use data driven decision making to contribute meaningfully to enhancing operational efficiencies Apply deep working knowledge of clearing operations and regulatory requirements, along with fluency in Artificial Intelligence, to amplify your impact.

Excellent program/project management skills with a demonstrated record of delivering results on medium to large scale initiatives. ~ Experience managing multiple projects at once, involving stakeholders across business units. ~Robust understanding of clearing operations, with relevant experience in one or more areas of settlements, stock loan, margin/options, account transfers, corporate actions, or trading. ~ In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
