V2F Life Design is seeking a Client Development & Business Growth Consultant to introduce personal development and leadership education programs to prospective clients. This remote contract role suits an experienced skilled who enjoys thoughtful conversations, consistent follow-up, and learning how to build a client base through digital marketing.

Your focus

- Develop and carry out digital marketing activities using established training and resources.
- Connect with people interested in personal, human potential, mindset and professional growth.
- Conduct introductory conversations to understand goals and assess alignment with the programs.
- Coordinate program presentations and provide clear information for informed decisions.
- Manage follow-up, maintain accurate records, and support enrolment process.
- Participate in ongoing business and product training.

Working arrangement

This is an independent contractor business role with performance-based compensation, not a salaried position. Earnings depend on completed individual results. More details are provided during the interview process.

Requirements

• Four to five years of professional experience in business development, marketing, client service, education, or leadership.

- Confidence initiating professional conversations and asking thoughtful questions.
- Consistent follow-up habits and sound organization.
- Willingness to generate leads through digital marketing and outreach with training.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily activity.
- Interest in personal development and leadership education.
- Comfortable learning online business tools.
- A computer, reliable internet connection, and suitable remote workspace.
- Flexible focused hours for business activity and training necessary (consistent time weekly).

On-going mentorship. Product and business training are provided.
