E8M Management is looking for a motivated and personable Client Relations Representative to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building professional relationships, and being part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As a Client Relations Representative, you will serve as a point of contact for customers, helping create positive interactions and ensuring each client receives a professional and engaging experience. You'll work directly with people, communicate key information, and represent our clients through daily customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate directly with customers and provide clear, helpful information.
- Build positive relationships through professional and personable interactions.
- Represent client services and offerings in a knowledgeable manner.
- Assist customers with questions and help identify appropriate solutions.




- Maintain strong communication and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Support daily client relations and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with people in a face-to-face setting.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, adaptable, and motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required.
