We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our insurance office team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to clients by assisting with SGI Auto Fund inquiries and transactions, and supporting the daily operations of the office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Prosperity Insurance currently has a permanent full-time client service representative position available within our Rosetown location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, solutions, and top-notch service to clients.

The CSR will have a genuine desire to serve clients in an effective and efficient manner, resulting in strong business relationships.

Key Competencies:

- Provide friendly, first point of contact service to clients, both in-person and over-the-phone
- Process SGI Motor License Issuing transactions efficiently and accurately
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions and strategies
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also as part of an effective team
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude while displaying a high level of professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and numeric reasonability skills
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to relate,



compare, and analyze data
- Provide administrative support as required
- The position may require occasional travel to our other offices. The successful applicant should be comfortable working in multiple locations. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required

Key Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience; insurance industry experience is an asset.
- Insurance industry experience preferred but not necessary.
- Strong computer abilities, specifically Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
