Value Health and Wellness is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Administrator & Physiotherapy/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position requires someone who can efficiently manage front-desk operations while also assisting our physiotherapist and chiropractor in providing quality patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about healthcare and patient support.

Responsibilities

- Schedule and manage patient appointments, rescheduling as needed.
- Handle calls, emails, and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete patient intakes as and when needed.
- Maintain patient records, obtain adjuster information and fax OCF documents.
- Keep the clinic organized and ensure all supplies are stocked.
- Assist the physio and chiro with patient prep and electrotherapy.
- Sanitize treatment areas and ensure a clean clinic environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Universal Antibax software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a patient-first approach.
