In this key leadership role, you will be accountable for the delivery of patient-centred care, overseeing clinical operations, resource management, quality improvement, risk management, and team performance. Working collaboratively with staff, physicians, and partners, you will help ensure services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with Northern Health's strategic priorities.

Salary Range is based on education, training, experience, reporting structure, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of recent related clinical experience, including two (2) years in a leadership role.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
- Current registration with the relevant professional college or association is preferred.
