About the Position

Are you handy, comfortable using tools, and enjoy working with your hands? We'd love to hear from you!

We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and takes pride in doing a job well.

Previous closet or blind installation experience is not required. We're happy to provide hands-on training to the right person. What matters most to us is a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and confidence using basic hand and power tools.

Your primary role will involve installing custom closets, home storage solutions, and window coverings. For those interested in expanding their skills, there are also opportunities to gain experience installing shower glass and mirrors.

You'll initially work alongside our experienced installation team, with the opportunity to develop the skills and confidence to complete installations independently.

What Your Day Looks Like

Your day starts at 8:00 AM at our Surrey warehouse, where you'll help load materials, tools, and supplies for the day's installations.

From there,



you'll head out with our installation team to work on custom closets, storage solutions, and window coverings in customers' homes and on job sites throughout the Lower Mainland.

You'll typically return to our Surrey warehouse around 4:30 PM, although hours may vary depending on the day's projects. Opportunities for overtime are also available.

Job Responsibilities

- Install custom closet shelving, home storage systems, blinds, and window coverings.
- Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and install materials.
- Read measurements and follow installation instructions and drawings.
- Work alongside experienced installers while learning our products and installation techniques.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for daily installations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Handle materials and products carefully, ensuring high-quality finished installations.
- Provide friendly, professional service while working in customers' homes and on job sites.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.

- Ability to work well with others and independently as experience develops.
- Professional and respectful when working in customers' homes.
- Physically capable of lifting materials and performing hands-on installation work.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both with coworkers and customers.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.

Previous experience in cabinetry, millwork, carpentry, glass installation, window coverings, construction, or other hands-on trades is an asset, but not required.
