Miratech is seeking a Service Transition Analyst, Contact Centre, to define the target operating model and transition for a Canadian bank's cloud migration across 39 lines of business. You will join the Service Transition Lead, interview legacy teams, and produce artifacts for day one readiness.You will craft runbooks, process definitions, SLA/OLA, and knowledge materials, collaborating with operations, IT, and vendors in a hybrid Toronto-based role.
