You will negotiate customer paper, counsel business stakeholders, and partner with Privacy, InfoSec, Product, and Legal Operations. The work also includes advice on identity, biometric, fraud-prevention, and AI-related matters.Key Responsibilities:

Lead customer negotiations on liability, indemnity, terms,



and terminationReview customer paper and identify material contractual risksProvide documented signature approval and Salesforce intake supportTranslate privacy concepts into practical business guidanceAdvise Product and Engineering throughout product lifecyclesRequirements:

Admission in positive standing to at least one United States state barSeven or more years as a commercial transactions lawyerExcellent drafting, negotiation, and legal judgmentKnowledge of BIPA, PIPEDA, and Québec Law 25Ability to manage simultaneous deals and stakeholdersUse commercial contracts expertise and identity technology fluency to help Incode close protected, practical agreements across North America.
