You will compile facts, interpret policy wordings, evaluate claim values, and settle losses while protecting customer service quality. The position also involves issuing payments, preparing Critical Path Letters, Proofs of Loss, and Reservation of Rights letters. Your decisions will support efficient indemnity and expense control.
