Growth & Revenue Lead managers to achieve growth and revenue targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs), measurements, and results to drive sales growth and success.

Strategic Partner: Participate in the development and review of our plans and programs, providing valuable insights on short-term and long-term planning.

Sales Development: Create and implement innovative sales development plans to meet ambitious growth objectives. Track and analyze sales and retention results daily, adjusting tactical plans to ensure continued success. Identify and act upon new business partnerships, marketing opportunities, and strong retention strategies to maximize profitability.

Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance processes, leverage technology, and control expenses.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to audit and insurance council requirements by partnering with internal stakeholders and staying updated on relevant legislation.

Strategic Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing complex, high-performance insurance sales teams and the ability to develop and communicate a clear and compelling business strategy.

Performance Management:



Expertise in managing employee performance and implementing succession planning Sales Strategy and Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends and the ability to identify and act on business opportunities and the ability to create and implement effective sales and retention strategies. Level 3 Insurance License Required. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with audit and insurance council standards.

Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and market conditions with the capacity to handle challenges and setbacks with a positive and proactive approach.
