Construction finance leadership meets detailed accounting ownership in this fully onsite Financial Controller position supporting projects across Southwestern Ontario.Reporting to the General Manager, the Financial Controller leads company-wide accounting and financial operations. The work spans full-cycle accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow analysis, and construction loan funding. This lean organization offers direct exposure to ownership and senior leadership while supporting active and upcoming construction projects.Key Responsibilities:

Own AR, AP, GL, payroll, banking, and revenue recognitionLead budgets, forecasts, variance analysis,



and monthly statementsAnalyze land purchases and prepare pro-forma cash flowsCoordinate construction loan funding and draw documentationDevelop controls, procedures, tax filings, and reportingRequirements:

Five-plus years accounting and finance experience in constructionStrong full-cycle accounting, budgeting, and cost control knowledgeSage accounting software experience preferredOrganizational skills managing competing deadlinesLegal eligibility to work in CanadaApply your construction accounting, forecasting, and financial control expertise across Southwestern Ontario projects and company operations.
