Overview

We are looking for calm, impartial reviewers who can recognise safety concerns while respecting context. You will perform AI evaluation of conversations, images, and videos for policy alignment, context, and harmful content. This chance is remote, with flexible hours and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Review assigned outputs for clear safety concerns, ambiguity, and relevant contextual signals.
- Compare examples and identify which better follows the stated safety boundaries.
- Give a neutral reason grounded in observable content and the assigned policy.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements

- Confident spoken English and explicit written communication.
- Impartial judgment when content may be sensitive.
- Ability to apply safety criteria consistently and flag uncertainty.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
