Our online service allows customers to prepare and schedule letters, photos, and other personal content and products for birthdays, holidays, celebrations and future milestones. Whether someone wants to surprise a partner, encourage a grandchild or preserve a story for the years ahead, All My Hugs gives them a thoughtful way to stay connected.

We are seeking independent sales businesses and experienced self-employed sales professionals who would like to introduce this meaningful service to new customers.

Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based commercial opportunity for sales professionals who operate their own businesses, including independent representatives and sales agencies.

Your business will develop sales opportunities, introduce prospective customers to All My Hugs and help interested customers understand the service and choose an appropriate subscription.

The opportunity is non-exclusive. Your business determines its own schedule, working location, prospecting activities and sales methods, and remains free to serve other clients.

This opportunity may complement an existing portfolio of products, services or customer relationships.

Sales Responsibilities

- Identify prospective customers through your business network and independently developed outreach.
- Present All My Hugs clearly, accurately and professionally.
- Help customers explore practical uses for the service, including celebrations,



personal messages, family stories and future milestones.
- Explain subscription options and answer questions using accurate product information.
- Manage your own prospect communications, demonstrations and follow-up.
- Guide interested customers through the subscription process.
- Maintain the transaction records needed to establish sales attribution and commission entitlement.
- Share relevant customer feedback and market observations.
- Respect customer privacy and follow applicable laws and agreed requirements for representing the All My Hugs brand.

Qualifications

- Currently operate an independent business providing sales, marketing or business development services.
- Demonstrated experience selling products or services and developing customer relationships.
- Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain an online service in clear, approachable language.
- Experience identifying prospects, handling questions and progressing opportunities through to a sale.
- Solid organization and the ability to manage your own business activities.
- Sound judgment, discretion and sensitivity when discussing personal relationships and family memories.
- Access to the equipment and resources needed to conduct your own sales business.





Experience with subscription services, digital products, consumer services or relationship-based selling would be an asset.

Independent Business Arrangement

Your business will retain responsibility for its operations, including its working methods, equipment, ordinary business expenses and applicable tax obligations.

Your business may engage and manage its own staff or subcontractors, subject to agreed confidentiality and customer-data safeguards.

All My Hugs will make product information and authorized marketing materials available. Commercial responsibilities and requirements will be documented in a written agreement before sales activity begins.

Compensation

Compensation is commission only, based on qualifying customer revenue actually received. The proposed arrangement provides no base salary, hourly payment, payment for prospecting time or guaranteed earnings.

The commission rate, qualifying sales, attribution rules, treatment of renewals and refunds, invoicing requirements and payment deadlines will be negotiated and agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
