Lead finance operations with ERP expertise and strategic judgment as Controller for a diversified company group in the HRM. Hybrid work includes one to two office days.Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will own accounting and finance across the group. Lead a small team while managing reporting, multi-company accounting, cash flow, controls, budgeting, and forecasting. Support ERP implementation and introduce automation or AI where appropriate.Key Responsibilities:
