About AYCE Capital: AYCE Capital is a Toronto-based private equity firm and holding company backed by committed capital from a family office. Founded in 2022 on a singular idea, we are building a "forever home" for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The Chance: We are seeking a highly skilled, pragmatic, and detail-oriented Controller to join our internal Group Finance Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be the day-to-day financial backbone ensuring our acquired partners have the financial oversight they need to thrive.

You will be stepping into an established function. Your mission is not to build an accounting department from scratch, but rather to provide rigorous maintenance, streamlined consolidation, and branch-level accounting execution for our portfolio of MSPs. Managing at least one staff accountant,



you will ensure our financial fundamentals remain rock-solid as we continue our aggressive growth and acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee day-to-day general accounting operations and financial maintenance across AYCE Capital and our portfolio companies.

● Execute multi-entity / branch-level accounting and financial consolidation for various operating branches.

● Utilize QuickBooks Online to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and ledger management.

● Collaborate closely with the CFO to ensure smooth financial integration of newly acquired MSPs into the AYCE ecosystem.

● Deliver transparent, accurate financial data to support leadership decision-making in real-time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● Designation: An active CPA certification is strictly mandatory.

● Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

● Skillset: Exceptionally strong general accounting fundamentals with proven experience in branch-like or multi-entity accounting environments.

● Industry Background: While direct experience in MSP, SaaS, or recurring revenue models is a bonus, we prioritize your branch-level accounting expertise and fundamental accounting skills over direct industry knowledge.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

● Location: Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with the ability to attend in-person meetings in Toronto.
