Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook - Dough Maker - Counter person to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting our guests, taking their order, preparing their food items, collecting payment & making our pizza dough. Your expertise in top customer service, food handling and preparation will contribute to the overall success of our operations. If you have a passion for service and a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to established recipes .
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during the preparation process.
- Package finished products efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of finished goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations.




- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient supplies and reporting shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all products meet quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry as a dough maker or cook is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
