Lead frontline correctional operations at Central North Correctional Centre using sound judgment, crisis management, and strong supervisory skills. This fully onsite position operates 24/7.As Staff Sergeant, you oversee a maximum security institution, supervise Corporals and Correctional Officers, and maintain safety, security, and functionality. You provide direction in a unionized setting, manage staffing and deployment, and make timely decisions during incidents.

You also support investigations, accountability, and policy compliance across complex institutional operations.Key Responsibilities:
