Key Responsibilities

- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately
- Provide prompt, effective, and courteous member service
- Serve as the primary contact for members
- Build relationships with Communication Federal Credit Union members
- Cross-sell products and services aligned with member needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- At least one year of financial institution experience
- Retail customer sales or service experience
- Prior cash-handling experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
