Paris Natural Health Foods is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Brand Ambassador. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys building meaningful relationships with customers, and is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellness through informed product recommendations.

As a key member of our team, you will represent our brand with professionalism and confidence, educate customers on our proprietary blends, and guide clients toward products and healthy lifestyle alternatives that best support their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.

Educate customers on supplements, nutrition, and natural health products.

Promote and explain the advantages of our proprietary product blends.

Provide personalized product recommendations and wellness solutions.

Help customers identify healthy alternatives that align with their goals and lifestyle.

Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing learning and training.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.

Take initiative and ownership in helping the store achieve its customer service and sales objectives.

Qualifications





Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.

Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

Previous experience with supplements, nutrition, natural health products, alternative medicine, or wellness coaching will be given priority.

French-English bilingualism is considered a strong asset.
