Customer Service Representative – Delta Bingo &

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help make every visit to our Gaming Centre enjoyable. You’ll sell bingo products, verify and call back winning cards, and keep the playing area clean and ready for guests. Working quickly and courteously with customers is central to the role: you’ll respond to requests promptly, promote our products and keep each bingo event on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service &

- Sales

- Give friendly, prompt service to every guest.

- Move through the playing area selling bingo products, and promote company products whenever there’s an opportunity.

- Answer guest questions about bingo programs, Red 7, promotions and other Gaming Centre products and services.

- Stay current on all Delta Bingo &
- Gaming programs and promotions.

- Refer guest concerns to the Session Manager right away.

Game Operations

- Stay alert and respond quickly to declared bingos.

- Make sure the bingo caller knows about each declared bingo.

- Call back declared bingos in a clear, loud voice.

- Help pay verified winners the correct prize amount.

- Help bundle paper and pocket slots.

Cash &

- Inventory Handling





- Operate the POS sales system.

- Manage a cash float and paper inventory accurately during your shift.

- Balance your cash float and paper inventory at the end of each shift.

Facility Upkeep &

- Safety

- Keep tables, chairs and floors clean and free of clutter.

- Report possible safety hazards to the Session Manager right away.

- Complete other tasks and housekeeping duties as your supervisor assigns.

- Behave professionally at all times, including using respectful language.

- Gaming dress code.

- Show a team-first attitude, for example by being willing to cover shifts.

Requirements

- Get and keep a valid AGCO registration.

- Be available for all scheduled shifts.

- Communicate clearly and have robust customer service skills.

- Be comfortable handling cash and using a POS system.

- Be able to stay on your feet and move around the playing area during a shift.
