What you’ll do

- Be the first point of contact for our clients by phone and email

- Take and enter orders, and give customers delivery status updates and ETAs

- Work closely with dispatch and drivers to sort out issues quickly

- Keep accurate records and reports in Excel

- Build strong, long-term relationships with our customers

What we’re looking for
- 3 to 5 years of customer service experience. Logistics,



courier or transportation experience is a plus.

- Excellent written and spoken communication. This one is essential.

- A strong working knowledge of Excel

- A calm, problem-solving attitude when things get busy

- Availability for morning or afternoon shifts
