Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity (Remote, US/Canada) Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join its team. The company is building a modern application security platform that helps engineering and security teams find and fix the risks that matter most across the software development lifecycle. As AI reshapes how software is built, they’re helping enterprises keep pace securely.

Responsibilities: Manage client engagement across technical, support, and product levels Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the platform Use data-driven insights to monitor usage and drive retention and growth Lead client onboarding and deliver training Stay current on cybersecurity trends and best practices relevant to clients Share client feedback with Product and Engineering teams Requirements:



3+ years in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role at a SaaS cybersecurity company Ability to manage multiple customers and projects at the same time Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex environments Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach Comfortable in a fast-paced startup setting Exceptional verbal and written English Advantage: Experience with enterprise customers Background in DevSecOps, SDLC, or application security Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field What’s on Offer: This is a permanent, direct-hire, fully remote role open to candidates in the US or Canada.
