Tenda Canada is a national retailer of hunting, shooting sports, camping and outdoor gear, serving customers online and in store. Our team in Richmond Hill helps outdoor enthusiasts from coast to coast get the right products and a smooth buying experience.

What You’ll Do

- Answer customer calls and emails quickly, courteously and accurately
- Help customers with order status, shipping and tracking questions, returns, and product information
- Coordinate with our Sales and Shipping teams to get orders out the door and resolve issues
- Keep customer records and order changes up to date in our ERP and CRM systems
- Handle complaints calmly and follow through until each issue is resolved

What We’re Looking For

- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent spoken and written English: clear phone manner, strong grammar, and fast, accurate typing
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills




- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and setting your own priorities in a busy setting
- Quick to learn new software and systems
- College diploma or higher preferred
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to commute reliably to Richmond Hill

Nice to Have

- French (bilingual English/French)
- A valid PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence)
- Interest in hunting, fishing, camping or the outdoors
