About the RoleTRAFFIX is building the future of logistics with cloud, data, automation and AI at the center of how we operate. As we move faster, security becomes even more critical. We’re looking for a Cyber & AI Security Leader to take ownership of our security strategy end to end.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll lead the TRAFFIX Security Program, strengthen our Microsoft and Azure security workplace, and help define how we securely adopt AI, Copilot and autonomous agents across the organization. You’ll have the mandate to influence technology decisions, work directly with senior leadership, partner with Microsoft engineers, and build security into the way TRAFFIX develops, deploys and scales technology. Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Fabric.

No data centres or physical servers.

AI is already here: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, voice AI agents and machine-learning products are actively being used across the business.

Work directly with Microsoft: Collaborate with Microsoft engineers on Security Copilot, Sentinel, Defender, Entra and Purview.





Shape AI security: Have a security seat on our AI Governance & Enablement Committee. cybersecurity strategy and roadmap AI, Copilot and AI agents identity, privileged access and data protection SOC 2 readiness, risk management and penetration testing 7+ years in information security, including 2+ years in leadership Azure and the Microsoft security stack SOC 2, NIST CSF, CIS Controls or ISO 27001 AI tools, enterprise data or AI agents CISSP, CISM, SC-100, AZ-500, SC-200, AI governance credentials, KQL, Security Copilot, Azure DevOps or GitHub experience.
