Shape data center compliance and infrastructure operations for Cloudflare’s global network through access controls, audit readiness, and operational leadership.As Senior Manager, you will lead two teams supporting physical infrastructure across 750+ sites in 125+ countries. The scope includes SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISMAP, and IRAP obligations, alongside incident response and hardware lifecycle operations. Success requires robust program management, stakeholder communication, and practical understanding of colocation environments.Key Responsibilities:

Own quarterly and monthly global access reviewsMaintain physical access provisioning and ACL integrityLead decommissioning evidence and records closureManage ITAD vendors and secure destruction requirementsMaintain executive relationships with GRC leadersRequirements:
