Lead data center strategy and market development at IPEX from a hybrid Oakville, Ontario office, shaping growth across North America.As Director, Data Center Strategy & Market Development, you will define priority applications, customers, geographies, technologies, and routes to market. You will connect opportunities across site infrastructure, building systems, cooling, water treatment, and emerging applications. The role reports to the Vice President, Transformation Office and coordinates Sales, Product Management, Innovation, Technical, Codes & Standards, Marketing, and Operations.Key Responsibilities:

Own IPEX’s North American data center strategyBuild relationships with hyperscalers and colocation providersInfluence specifications, standards,

Bachelor’s degree in a related disciplineTen-plus years of progressive related experienceData center ecosystem experience strongly preferredUnderstanding of design and purchasing decisionsAbility to travel regularly across Canada and the United StatesBring strategic leadership, market intelligence, and data center expertise to expand IPEX solutions across North America.
