Proficient in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, validation, and performance optimization.

Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration, and data quality processes.

Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Python programming experience would be an asset.

P&C; Insurance domain knowledge is desirable. (Nice to Have)

Understanding of end-to-end data architecture, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, and consumption layers, is preferred.

Exposure to data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting/analytics ecosystems is beneficial.
