Insight Global is looking for a Dayforce QA to join the team with one of our largest HCM clients on a 4-month contract to start.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Coordinate and work closely with the Integration Architect to create configuration and stage business use case data to validate the customer’s complex integration requirements.
- Create test plans and testing artifacts to review with the client for integration requirements.
- Create a testing matrix and test execution plan to fulfill the overall project timeline.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and SI Partners to discuss and validate testing coverage for each interface.
- Execute test cases and identify issues for each interface under test.
- Help lead and facilitate internal testing triage meetings with Product & Technology and the Value Added Service Team.
- Work closely with solution configuration team members to create required end-to-end testing criteria for interfaces.
- Lead and facilitate weekly bug triage meetings with internal stakeholders and the PM to prioritize each interface gap.

Required Skills and Experience





- 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce HCM experience, including product, service, support, testing, and/or implementation.
- Strong functional knowledge of Dayforce Payroll, Workforce Management/Time & Attendance, HR, and Benefits modules.
- Strong Dayforce QA and testing experience, including development of test cases, test plans, test matrices, and end-to-end interface testing.
- Expert knowledge of HCM business processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective testing scenarios.
- Ability to provide Dayforce testing guidance and best practices, serving as a subject matter expert for interface and integration testing.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

- Experience supporting or implementing Dayforce HCM solutions for enterprise clients is a strong asset.
