As Business Development Manager, you will manage national dental laboratory accounts for Align and position iTero and applicable products. You will create sales strategies, achieve quotas, and coordinate initiatives with C-suite decision makers and local laboratory locations. The role requires complex project management, commercial judgment, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Drive incremental sales, market share, and assigned account performance

Build strategic relationships with national laboratory decision makers

Develop sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and contingency plans





Support product launches, contracts, and scalable operational workflows

Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and operational teams

Requirements

Eight or more years of skilled B2B sales experience

National or complex account management experience preferred

Dental laboratory, dental, orthodontic, or medical-device sales experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce

French and English bilingual proficiency required for Quebec accounts
